This traditional front door is a favourite with homeowners due to it’s a simple design. The classic design works for a number of properties, whether modern or period. This door features four wooden panels. The bottom two panels are constructed with a chevron design, while the top two panels are double glazed.

Bespoke for your home:
This traditional front door can be customised to your liking. As you can see from the gallery above, a number of design options are available.
The door on the left features bevelled glass and the door furniture is made from solid cast bronze. We painted the door in the centre a cream colour at the customer’s request, which compliments the home’s exterior. We installed additional glazed panels either side of the third door (on the right). We can provide similar panels at your property too, if needed.

All of our wooden front doors are made-to-order, allowing you tweak the design to your preferences. You can choose everything from the colour of your door to the hardware used. We want our front doors to compliment your personal style and bring out the character of your home.

We create these wonderful doors from our workshop in Nottingham, using traditional, time-honoured techniques. Although we’re based in the Midlands, we can deliver our doors further afield. Contact us to discuss delivery elsewhere in the UK.
We employ a small team of very skilled craftsmen, who boast decades of woodworking experience. We’ve been making wooden front doors for over 30 years.
Our traditional front doors are made using Accoya timber. This is a specially treated wood that offers superior durability and longevity. It is virtually rot proof, resistant to a wide range of insects and has superior paint retention quantities.
Our front doors are equipped with diamond rated ABS cylinder locks, for added security. In addition, we fit each door with a steel inlay.
